A collector's car that has lost none of its appeal to this day: With the legendary gullwing coupé, Mercedes-Benz presented the first thoroughbred sports car with the three-pointed star in 1954. By May 1957, 1,400 examples had been built in Sindelfingen, 29 of them with a light-alloy body and one test vehicle with a plastic body. The miniature model of the 300 SL is a true-to-detail replica that will make collectors' hearts beat faster. The hand-assembled model not only impresses with its paintwork in an authentic color, but also with its faithful reproduction of all interior details. The doors, hood and tailgate of the model car can be opened and allow a view inside the car. The model car is supplied in Mercedes-Benz Classic packaging, which includes a screwdriver for easy removal and a glove to protect against fingerprints on the glazing or the painted bodywork.
