In December 1984, a new model generation appeared in the mid-range series, which was to succeed the 123 series that had been in production for years. This new series showed close parallels to the compact class, as the aerodynamic optimization of the body also led to a significant reduction in fuel consumption. Just a few years later, a completely revised mid-size model range was presented at the Frankfurt Motor Show in 1989, in which the interior was redesigned and side flank protection strips were used, among other things. The miniature model of the 230 E Sedan W 124 follows its large role model in many details and relies on a paint finish in an authentic color as well as a faithful representation of all interior details in the high-quality decorated interior. The six opening parts - doors, hood and tailgate - also make the precision model, which is assembled by hand from over 122 individual parts, a special highlight of any collection. The saloon is supplied in Mercedes-Benz Classic packaging. It comes with a screwdriver and a glove to remove the model from the packaging and protect it from fingerprints.
