Collection is possible free of charge from the following Merbag branches, provided you have selected the relevant branch when ordering:

As soon as the goods are ready for collection, we will send you a collection notification. Please print this out or bring it with you on your smartphone. The goods are usually ready for collection within 3-5 working days.
