You can adjust and change your user name or password directly in your customer account under "User data".

Please notify us of your change of address using the contact form.

If you no longer remember your password, you can reset it when you log in under "Forgot password".

Enter the e-mail address you used to register. We will send you an e-mail with a link to reset your password.

It may take a few minutes for the e-mail to reach you. Please also check your spam folder.
