Refund policy

Ordered items can be returned in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

We only accept returns of intact, unworn and undamaged items with the corresponding delivery bill. If we notice any deterioration of the goods, we are entitled to retain part of the purchase price paid, which we will determine at our discretion. Please do not use the original packaging of the item as a shipping carton. We can only accept goods back to stock in their undamaged original packaging.

The return shipment is at your expense and the date of the postmark is binding for the return.

As soon as the return has arrived at our warehouse, we will endeavor to process it as quickly as possible. You will receive your refund within approx. 14 days.

There is no right of return in the following cases

• the item is damaged or used (with the exception of transportation damage)
• the original packaging is not present
• the item is not complete
• the product ordered is a perfume
• it is an order ex works (this is noted on the product details page and there is no right of return for these items)
