Ordered items can be returned within 14 days of receipt - provided the following conditions are met cumulatively:
- the item is neither damaged nor used (with the exception of transport damage)
- the original packaging is present
- the item is complete
- it is not an order ex works (this is noted on the product details page and there is no right of return for these items)
The costs for the return shipment are to be borne by you.
